Josephine Stephenson

Josephine Stephenson is a Franco-British composer and performer based in London and Berlin. Her music has been commissioned by the BBC, Radio France, Spitalfields Music, Arcal Lyrique, Miroirs Étendus, Nonclassical, The Wigmore Hall, London Sinfonietta and Britten Sinfonia among others, and is regularly performed across the UK and Europe. It has been broadcast on France Musique, BBC Radio 3 and 6 Music, Resonance FM, and has appeared on television channels BBC Two and Four. Josephine is one of the three artistic directors of the London-based concert series and record label Listenpony, which mixes contemporary classical music with traditional classical music and popular styles, and she is a member of the arranger-performer collective The Coveryard.
